In order to use Ovulation Calendar, you must enter the following information describing your monthly menstrual cycle:
To enter the menstrual cycle information
To enter the menstrual cycle information, click the Edit button located on the left side of the main window, in 'My Menstrual Cycle':
After you click the Edit button, you will see this window:

Use the drop-down calendar to enter the first day of your last menstrual period.
How long is your menstrual cycle (in days)
Enter the length of your cycle in days. To determine the number of days in your cycle, count the days beginning with the first day of your last menstrual period (first day of bleeding) up to and including the day before your next period. An average length of the menstrual cycle is 28 days.
How long is your luteal phase (in days)
Enter the length of your luteal phase in days. The luteal
phase is the part of the menstrual cycle that starts at ovulation and
ends the day before your next period. If you are not sure about the length

for most women). See Luteal Phase
